What I've Been Up To:

The Chamos Project has officially been out for over a month! I've been blown away by the response to this book. I have lost track of the number of people who've told me they stayed up way too late each night to finish the book, and I love the mentions it's been getting on social media.

I've also had 2 short stories published so far in 2026:

“To the person who loves my husband” – The Celestial Glossary

“Time Drift” – Fiction on the Web

The Latest:

Latest Watch

I am not immune to the draw of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, and I just finished season 4. It's complete trash and I love it.

I also finally watched Young Sherlock on Prime, and it was an unexpected delight! The chemistry between Sherlock and Moriarty was off the charts, 10/10 for that alone.

Latest Read

I've had the chance to read some excellent new SFF books and ARCs in the past few months. If you like my stories, then I highly recommend checking out these authors and their projects:

Spider Island by T. C. Duck is a sci-fantasy thriller about a reality show that takes place on a mysterious island, and I thought it was both thrilling and fast-paced! It's due out in June, and you can follow it on Backerkit!

Warped State by Jo Miles was a fun scifi caper book, full of queer characters and featuring an interspecies romance. It is also part of a series!

Devouring Fortune by Oleander Craw is an ARC that I am currently reading and enjoying so far! This is a queer sci-fantasy novel that will be releasing in June, and you can follow its progress on the author's Kickstarter page!

What's Next:

My goal is to release a book every six months or so until I am through my backlog of books.

My next book should be out in August 2026, followed by a third in February 2027. Book #2 is ready to go to copy and line edits, while I am finishing up some final developmental edits on Book #3. Books 4 and 5 are also in the pipeline, with more on those to come.

These are all standalone books and not direct sequels to The Chamos Project. Will there ever be a sequel to TCP? I have a blog post on that very topic coming out soon, so keep an eye on my website!

I also have 2 more short stories set for release in 2026:

“Emergence” – Harvey Duckman Presents

“Opportunity Cost” – Disability in Dystopia anthology
