Latest Watch

I've binged both The Boroughs and Widow's Bay in the past couple of weeks. Both are delightful horror/comedies - the first deals with mysterious creatures preying on a retirement community, and the other deals with a spooky island and its long-suffering mayor.

Latest Listen:

I've run out of episodes of my two favorite podcasts (Tooth & Claw and National Park After Dark), so in the meantime I've been listening to Locations Unknown. If you like crime and the outdoors, definitely give it a try.

Latest Read

I went camping a couple of weekends ago, and it turns out that when I don't have access to WiFi or cell phone coverage, I read about a book a day. I whipped through Isaac's Storm (nonfiction about the 1900 Galveston hurricane) and The Duke at Hazard (a queer historical from KJ Charles.)

What's Next:

Why Aren't You Dead Yet?, an anthology featuring disabled characters in dystopian settings, releases on July 20th! I've got a short story in this anthology featuring chronic illness, a dying Earth, queer characters, found family, and a sibling relationship.

I am still accepting ARC applications for The Last Infinity, my next scifi novel. ARCs will go out on July 1st, and the book releases August 18th. Please also add The Last Infinity to your TBR on Goodreads or Storygraph!
